Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Banana Bread Cookies

This was a recipe that I found on YouTube and decided to try it out. They are actually kind of healthy because they have no sugar in them just natural sugars. I hope you find them as delicious as I did.

 Dietary Info:
-No nuts
-Contains Dairy
-Suitable for Vegetarians
-Contains Gluten

Ingredients:                                                                       Makes about 10 biscuits
-1 ripe Banana
-1 tsp of Vanilla
-1/2 cup of Raisins, though you can use chocolate chips
-1/3 cup of Butter/Margarine
-1 cup Flour
-1 tsp Baking Powder
-Baking Paper/Parchment Paper

Method:
1: Preheat the oven to 400℉/200℃/180℃ Fan/Gas 6.
2:First, mix together the banana, vanilla, raisins (or chocolate chips) and butter (or margarine) into a big mixing bowl. Now using a whisk and a wooden spoon mash up the banana (I suggest mash up with a wooden spoon first ,as the mixture got stuck on my whisk, and then mash with a whisk.). Once it is mashed start to mix it until it looks a bit like wet cookie dough.
3:Now add the flour and baking powder and mix well till it actually looks like cookie dough.
4:Using the palms of your hands, make the dough into spheres (whatever size you want your biscuits to be) and place on a baking tray.
5:Now put them in the oven for 10mins.
