Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Anzac Biscuits

This is a traditional Australian biscuit that was once consumed by soldiers on the battlefield and weren't as sweet and sticky as they now are; they were bland and had no taste. This recipe was given to me by my mum whose friend from work gave it to her and the original recipe was from bestrecipes.com.au. I am writing this while they are still in the oven so I hope that they are as delicious as they sound. Also, I forgot to add the bicarbonate of soda so they won't have risen very much.UPDATE: The biscuits are out of the oven and are really yummy and delicious.

 Ingredients:
-1 cup plain flour
-1 cup rolled oats
-1 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup of coconut
-125g butter
-2 tbsp golden syrup
-1 tbsp water
-1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

 Method:
1:Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the sugar, rolled oats and coconut into the same bowl (you also might want to sift the sugar{I did}) .
2:Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the golden syrup and water.
3:Stir the bicarbonate of soda into the liquid mix.
4:Add the liquid mix to the dry mix and stir well.
5:Place walnut-sized balls of mixture on a greased baking tray and bake at 175℃/150℃ Fan/325℉/Gas 3 for 15-20mins.(I baked it at 175℃ Fan for 10mins and they were done fine but I also forgot too add the bicarbonate of soda so I don't know how that would have affected things)
6:Take the biscuits out of the oven while they are still slightly squishy as they will harden when they cool.
