Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Pizzas!!

This recipe is from my 'Children's First Cook Book by Annabel Karmel'. I have used this recipe loads of times before and it never fails to impress. This time, we took the usual amount of ingredients for pizza dough and halved it so that we could make dough-balls as well. For example:If you needed 20g of flour, half of 20g is 10g. Then, you would add 10g to 20g so you have the new amount that you need to make dough-balls as well as pizza bases. If you want to make dough-balls like me, I will put the new measurements in pink after the usual measurements.

Part 1:
Ingredients:
For the dough:
-1+1/2tsp Dried Yeast 2+1/4tsp
-1tsp Sugar 1+1/2tsp
-2tbsp Olive Oil, plus extra for oiling 3tbsp
-250ml Warm Water 375ml
-375g Strong Plain Flour, plus extra for sprinkling 562.5g or round it to 560g
-Salt Just a tad more
-Pepper Maybe an extra sprinkle

Method:
1:Mix the yeast with 3tbsp of water. Set this aside for 10mins or until it's frothy.
2:Sift the flour into a bowl and add the sugar, salt and pepper. Then, dig a well in the centre.
3:Pour the yeast, water and oil into the well. Use your hands to mix everything together.
4:Sprinkle flour over a clean work surface. Then knead the dough for 8mins, until it's smooth and elastic.
5:Oil a large bowl, pop in the dough, and cover with clingfilm. Leave in a warm place until the dough doubles in size.
6:Is it ready? Poke holes in the dough. If the holes remain, it's ready. Punch down with your fists and place on a floured surface.

Part 2:
Ingredients:
This bit is really up to you but I'm going to put what I did as then it will match the picture but with pizzas you really can do anything.
-Green Pesto
-Tomato Puree
-Roasted Pepper
-Mozzarella
-Mushrooms
-Ham
-Sausage
-Olives
-Cheddar
-Salami/Pepperoni
-Sweetcorn
-Herbs

1:Knead the dough again. Then, cut it into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into an 18cm/7inch circle and place on a baking sheet.
2:Preheat the oven to 220℃/200℃/425℉/Gas 7. Spread whatever sauce you're using as a base onto the pizza bases.
3:If you're looking for a funny way to decorate, you could always make a face out of toppings. {I didn't do this}
4:Decorate now with all the rest of your toppings.
5:Now, cook them in your oven for 12mins or until golden and bubbling with the dough-balls.
