Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Tesco Chocolate cupcake mix

These Cupcakes, were super fun and easy to make and I'm sorry that I don't have a recipe and that this is going to be more of a review.

First, me and my friend , Katy, had to make the cake mix, this was a brown powder in a bag that we had to add water and something else to. This step was really easy and although the cake mixture didn't smell amazing at this point, it was fine after being cooked. Next, we had to wait for them to cool after we had baked them. Also, the time stated to bake them for was pretty accurate. So, while they were cooling, we began making the icing. This was also a brown powder in a bag but this time we added butter to it to make buttercream. Once that was done, we transferred it to a piping bag and we cut the tops off of some of the cakes as some had risen a bit to much and if we tried to ice it, the icing may have just fallen off. After that, we started to pipe little blobs of icing, can I just say that the icing tasted great. Then, we sprinkled some little chocolate shavings
on top. The final product was fairly tasty but I think you get a better flavour cooking it yourself but if you aren't a big fan of cooking, don't have much time or you have children who are very keen but a bit to young, this would be perfect for them/you.

Good Luck
Hazel xx
