Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Turkish Flat-bread Style Pizza

This Pizza was in My dads magazine 'The Guardian' and we'd cut it out and stuck it in the recipe book. It was so so so nice. Me and my friend made it together and it was so quick and easy.

Ingredients:
For the base:
-160g Self-Raising Flour
-150g Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Salt
-1/8 tsp Cumin
For the toppings: (You can include whatever toppings you like but these are the ones the recipe provides)
-Red Pesto
-Olives, Artichokes, Roasted Peppers
-Chargrilled Slices of Aubergine,Creme Fraiche, Sour Cream, Crumbled Feta,
-Salami or other cured meat

Method: 1:In a bowl, mix together the self-raising flour,yogurt,cumin and salt. Knead in the bowl until it forms a dough. Split into 2 equal halves, then roll out each half large enough to fit your non-stick frying pan.
2:Heat the pan on a medium-high heat then add the rolled out dough. Cook for around 5min on each side making sure it doesn't burn. You could always add a splash of olive oil if needed {I didn't need the oil it was all fine}
3:Remove from the heat and place on a large baking tray before adding the toppings of your choice.
4:Bake for 5-10mins at Gas 6/204℃/200℃ Fan/400℉.
