Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Quickest 3-ingredient Muesli Bar

Hi, I made up this recipe myself as I usually by cereal bars for the week and the ones I chose this week were disgusting so I had to improvise. They turned out to be really nice with and without the extra topping. I am afraid I had to just guess on the quantities of muesli as I forgot to measure it....oops. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 100g Muesli {Mine was Tesco Fruit'n'Nut Muesli and so you don't have nuts in it will be nut-free}
- 1/2 cup / 115g Coconut Sugar {You can use any sugar}
- 1tbsp Water
- Yogurt , optional {You can buy Vegan yogurt which would be fine or not have it on}

Method:
1: First, pre-heat the oven to 180℃/160℃ Fan/355℉/Gas 4. Next, place the muesli in a bowl.

2: Now, put the sugar in a pan over a high-heat and add the water, you can add a drop of lemon juice if you want, I did but it's not necessary.

3: Stir until liquid and once it is runny, pour onto the muesli, mix and combine
4: Put them into 8-cup cake cases in a cup-cake tray and bake in a pre-heated  oven for 10mins.
5: Take out of the oven and drizzle with yogurt after cooling for 5mins.
