Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! There was even SPARES!!

Ingredients:
-4 sweet potatoes and one potato if you want the normal potato. We only had it because my sister doesn't like sweet potato.
-Peas (however much you want)
-Sweetcorn (however much you want)
For the sausages:
-Buy the Just Whole foods organic sausage mix which I brought from Daily Bread but I'm sure you can purchase it in other places as well. I brought 2 packets so if you are using the method I typed for it then double all the amounts.

Method:
1:Chop up the potatoes into chip shapes, cover with oil and put into a 200℃/180℃ Fan/390℉/Gas 6 oven and cook for an hour.
2:Now 45mins before you want to eat start on the sausages. I will put here how to do them even though it does say on the packet:
Directions (You will need 2 tbsp sunflower oil)
On the hob,grill or BBQ:
1.Empty the sachet into the bowl, add 175ml boiling water and 2tsp sunflower oil, stir well and leave to stand for 10mins.
2.With wet hands, form into little sausage shapes.
3.Fry on the hob in  a little oil, or simply grill or BBQ until golden Brown.
In the oven:
Preheat the oven to 200℃/180℃ Fan/390℉/Gas 6 (Which you will have already done if you are also making the potato wedges) and bake your sausages on a lightly greased baking tray for 20mins, turning once (Oops I forgot the turning over step...never mind), until cooked thoroughly.
3:Now about 5 mins before you want to eat/whenever everything else comes out the oven, start cooking your peas and sweetcorn. Also at about this time take out the wedges and sausages (if they are ready) and serve up your tea/dinner depending on when you want to eat it.
