Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Hazel  Dietary Info: -Unsuitable for Vegans {Use my vegan full english recipe and add vegan sausages to it, if desired.} -Unsuitable for Vegetarians {See above.} -Contains Dairy {Use a dairy-free butter or spread.} -Contains Gluten {Use a gluten-free bread for

Easy Cooking Tips:

Hi, here is where I will post some easy cooking/baking tips for you. ENJOY.

#1: If the top of your cake is cooking faster than the rest of your cake cover it with tin foil. This will stop the top from cooking any further and still allow the inside to bake.

#2: When testing if a cake is ready poke a skewer/something similiar into the cake and if it comes out covered in cake mix then it is not ready and only will it be ready by the time the skewer comes out clean. Also make sure to wash the skewer because you don't want to be confused if the cake is ready or not.

#3: If you are unsure of measurements/cake tin/pan size you can do one of two things you can either leave a comment for me and i will reply with the correct measurements, or you can use this easy converting website: http://www.cakebaker1.c#co.uk/apps-for-bakers/baking-tin-size-conversion-calculator/

#4: To grease a tin well, put some butter on some kitchen roll and rubb that around the tin because it is definitely easier than having to wash butter/margarine off of your hands.
