Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! M&M Slice

This recipe was very yummy and I expect that it would've been yummier if I had access to the correct ingredients, but unfortunately, Tesco does not do Arrowroot biscuits. So I made do with Digestives. I found this by various searches on YouTube and yeah I hope that you enjoy it.

The photo that I have is not my own as I accidentally forgot to take one so I went back to the video I found it on and screen-shot it.

This makes 20 bars.
-Contains Dairy
-Contains Gluten (I think it's in the biscuits and when I tried to check online, Google, wouldn'y give me a straight answer)
 -Suitable for vegetarians

  Ingredients:
-1 pkt arrowroot biscuits (220gm or 8ounces of Animal crackers or Graham Crackers) {I used Digestives}
-400g / 8 oz. can condensed milk{Mine was 390g or something and worked fine)
-1 cup M&M's you can also use smarties if you wish{I didn't measure it with cups I just put a few in then mixed and if needed I would add more}

Method:
1:Preheat oven to 160°C/320℉/Gas 3/140℃ Fan.
2:Line a baking tray with baking paper.{I would suggest greasing a baking tray as all of the baking paper stuck to the bottom of my slice but we did manage to get it off}
3:Blend the biscuits in a blender.{I turned them into crumbs by putting them in a bag and hitting them with a rolling pin. This worked fine}
4:Add the remaining ingredients (including the biscuit crumbs) into a bowl and combine well.
5:Scrape the mixture into a baking pan/tray.
6:Bake for 20mins. {They will also need a bit of time to cool down}
