Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Devils Cheese Bites

Hi this recipe is from https://insimoneskitchen.com/halloween-snack-little-cheese-devils/  and was really tasty. The saltiness from the salami was a nice touch, if spontaneous, and I would 100% recommend you try it. These bites were served as a pudding in my Father's Day music meal but are fine for snacks as well or they could be a fun picnic treat. Feel free to switch up ingredients and swap anything you don't like to make interesting new creations. For example, a cream cheese rabbit not devil or other themes. Enjoy!!

Dietary Info:
-Contains Dairy {You can buy Dairy-Free cream cheese instead}
-Gluten Free {This depends on the 'chips' or crisps that you use. I didn't use any}
-No Nuts
-Suitable for Vegetarians {If following recipe properly}
-Unsuitable for Vegans {Unless you make them dairy-free}

Ingredients:
-200g cream cheese
-1 bunch chives finely chopped {Chives are currently out of season for us and so I had to substitute with spring onions}
-few drops of tabasco or hot pepper sauce {I used about 1/4tsp of sriracha}
-1/4tsp chilli powder
-1/4tsp garlic powder
-1/4tsp onion powder
-1/2tsp smoked paprika powder {We had run out of this}
-Salt & Pepper, to taste
-1 bag triangle shaped chips
-green olives with pit for the eyes
-piece of red pepper for the eyes and horns {I used a salami because I found some in the fridge and thought it would taste nice, and it did. So, be creative with whatever you have}

Method:
1:Mix the cream cheese with the tabasco {Or any hot sauce} and spices in a bowl. Taste and add pepper and salt. {If you don't like spicy things, you can cut out the spices and sauce altogether and just use cream cheese and chives/spring onions}
2:Get a flat plate and place that next to your cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle all the chopped chives on to the plate.
3:Take a bit of cream cheese and let it drop on the chives plate. Move it with the spoon through the chives. Once it is covered with enough chives you can roll it in your hands and make a small ball. Place on a clean plate. {I found it easier to do with my hands}
4:Repeat until all cream cheese is gone (or save some to eat later).
5:Place the rolled devils in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set. In the meantime, cut the olives into slices. {I cut them in half}
6:Cut a tiny round from the pepper that fits into the middle of the olives or Use a drop of ketchup as the eye. {I cut thing strips of salami and rolled them up so they would fit in the olive pit}
7:Cut horns from the pepper and take the balls from the fridge. {I used salami for the horns as well} Push the eyes and horns in it's place. Take two of the chips and stick them into the sides. Serve directly or place in the fridge for later use. {I served with 2 crackers per person}
