Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! TikTok Frothy Coffee

Hi, I recently, installed an app called Tiktok and going round currently, there's a trend to make a frothy iced coffee. So due to being stuck inside, and unable to go out to a real cafe to have an iced coffee, some users thought they could make it themselves. It was really nice and mum said it tasted a bit like coffee ice-cream. Alterations can be made if vegan or unable to have certain products. Enjoy...

Ingredients:
-2tsp ground coffee
-1tsp heaped sugar
-1tbsp hot water
-3/4 glass milk {Any type}
-Ice-cubes {Optional}

Method:
KitchenCraft Mechanical Rotary Hand Whisk, 25 cm (10"): Amazon.co ...1: Pour the milk into a glass. Add the ice-cubes.

2: In a bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients until stiff peaks form. {This takes a really long time I would recommend using a hand powered whisk rather than a normal one, pictured to the side, or even an electric whisk}
3: Put on top of the milk and ice and mix together. {I don't think I whisked mine for long enough as when it was in the bowl it was fine but as soon as I had it with the milk it when a bit sloppy?}
4: Add a straw, if desired and enjoy.
