Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Overnight Oats

Hi, this recipe has been something that I've wanted to try for a while and now that we have some oats leftover I decided to give it a go. The point of overnight oats is for people who have really busy mornings or need to catch a train/bus early in the morning and they can prepare breakfast the night before so it is all ready to go in the morning. You can also make it in a tub if you wanted to take it with you somewhere rather than eating at home and is super easy as well. But, as no one can go out currently, it doesn't really apply and I just enjoy doing it for fun because it tastes nice. Hope you enjoy...
Original Recipe: Here

Dietary Info:
-Dairy Free {Depending on choice of milk}
-Gluten Free {I've looked it up and oats if pure are gluten free but lots of the ones we buy have been contaminated by the factories also producing products containing gluten so be careful}
-No Nuts
                                                                  - Vegan/Vegetarian/Pescatarian

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup oats {40g I used rolled oats}
-1/2 cup milk or milk alternative {120ml I used whole milk}
-1tsp Vanilla extract {For a change, we had some almond extract in the cupboard so I added that instead and it gave it a frangipane taste that was quite nice actually}
-Any toppings {Overnight, I had a handful of raisins mixed in with the oats and in the morning added cashew nuts and frozen berries on top but you can top with whatever you like even if that's nothing}

Method:
1: Combine all in a tub/bowl/container and leave in the fridge overnight. {I used a bowl so I could just take it out the fridge and eat it straight away}
2: In the morning, add anything else you would like on top unless you put it in the night before. And enjoy...
