Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Banana Smoothie Bowl

Hi, this recipe was from edible woman and it tastes amazing. It was nice and thick ,not too runny,  and easily spooned. The taste was similar to a banana ice-cream and I made mine about 45mins before breakfast and so kept it in the fridge before taking it out when we were ready. The link is here:  Enjoy!!

 Dietary Info:
-Vegan {If using certain milk/yogurt}
-Vegetarian/Pescatarian
-1 of your 5-a-day
-May contain nuts {Depending on your choice of topping
-May contain Gluten {Some factories handling oats may accidentally let them be contaminated by other grains that do have gluten in}
-Dairy-Free {Choose certain milk/yogurt}

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
Smoothie:
-2 large ripe bananas, cut into chunks and frozen {I froze it a few nights before}
-⅓ cup almond milk or yogurt {I used Greek yogurt} {80ml}
-¼ cup rolled oats {I used my muesli and because of this I also ended up with a few raisins in it as well} {30g}
-1 tablespoon of your favourite nut butter (optional)
Toppings (choose any of the following): {I did dried apple rings, raisins and brazil nuts}
-½ ripe banana, sliced
-Unsalted cashews, toasted
-Rolled oats, toasted
-Unsweetened coconut ribbon, toasted
-Pumpkin seeds
-Flax seeds
-Hemp hearts
-Chia seeds
-Sunflower seeds
-Cocoa nibs
-Honey or nut butter (for drizzling)

Method:
1:In a food processor (or a reasonably powerful blender), blend the frozen bananas, almond milk, oats, and nut butter (if using) until smooth. {I had to stop half way through and mush up some bananas with a fork as it was a bit stiff for the blender}
2:Spoon into a bowl and top with fresh banana slices, nuts, seeds, coconut ribbon and cocoa nibs. {Or any toppings}
3:Drizzle with a bit of honey or your favourite nut butter, to taste {I didn't include this part}
