Full English Breakfast

Hi, this recipe is my own and serves one, but can easily be scaled up for more! I have previously made an Easy full english and a Vegan full english , if you want to have a look at those too.  This was much faster to make than I had anticipated and everything came together at the just right time, which is always a bit of a worry with having so many pans on the go at once (and things under the grill too!). You can change up how you cook the egg (I did scrambled) but some other options are poached, boiled, fried or even baked eggs (think Shakshuka-style).  Traditionally, you may also have fried bread, fried or grilled tomatoes and black pudding, so feel free to add those too. And, is usually served with a nice cup of tea. Enjoy! Dried Apple and Cinnamon Rings

Hi, I found this recipe on Pinterest and it took me to a lovely website link below. I altered a few of the items and found it didn't do as many as stated but maybe we just had different sizes of stuff. Anyway, the apple rings are delicious and although advertised as chips on her blog I prefer them chewy like dried apple rings rather than crunchy chips so I took them out after an hour instead. Enjoy....

Ingredients:
-4 McIntosh Apples, cored and sliced 1/8” thick {You can vary thickness depending on your personal preference}{Just realised why there were less for me I used 2 rosy apples not 4}
  • -2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • -1 tsp. Granulated Sugar, if desired {I used coconut sugar}
  • -Cooking spray {I used extra virgin olive oil, just a light drizzle}

    Method:
    1:Preheat oven to 200℉/90℃/70℃ fan/Gas 1{I have a fan oven and did 90 though}
    2:Add the sliced apples to a large bowl; then coat the apples with the cinnamon and/or sugar. {I just did this straight onto a baking tray}
    3:Spray a baking tray with cooking spray and line the apples flat on the pan. You may need to use two pans so that they are not overlapping.
    Bake 2-3 hours until the chips are dry yet still soft. {I did one hour} Allow to cool completely before placing them in an air tight container for up to 4 days (if they last that long!).

    Notes

    *Depending on the thickness of your slices, these apple chips will be on the softer side.
